I love to make them almost as much as you love to eat them!&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>But really though &#8211; <strong>what&#8217;s <em>not<\/em> to love<\/strong> about throwing everything in a casserole dish, covering it, and then baking it in the oven?! Here are some of the key components:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/2vcRp6U\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\"><strong>White Rice:<\/strong><\/a> for fragrant flavor and fluffiness, I&#8217;d recommend jasmine or basmati rice. White rice has a different cooking time than other grains, so if you&#8217;d like to use brown rice please see the recipe notes!&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/2UaD7My\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Chickpeas:<\/strong> <\/a>for plant-based protein and fiber. The broth, coconut milk, and vegetables combine to&nbsp;<em>replace<\/em> the soup cans, which aren&#8217;t traditionally vegan.
