This was sooo good. I did add some olive oil to the whipped tofu because mine came out a little dry. Can’t wait to make this again

I don’t really even like sandwiches but somehow this ended up on my weekly meal plan and holy smokes it’s good. Like I actually said out loud to no one in the room “oh man that’s good” after the first bite. Also wildly easy to make.
