Thanks Melody! Almond flour and garam flour both will make the bread a lot more dense. If you’re looking for a light and spongy bread texture I’d recommend subbing those flours for only 25% of the recommended all purpose flour

I haven’t tried it yet, but after making a double batch of your crispy tofu later today (to make it more economical), (I hope it will store well), I’m excited to try your zucchini bread.

PS, I’m already thinking I’ll either try almond flour or Garam in the bread. I don’t mind if it comes out other than yours. It looks yum.

Hi, I am a long time fan of the blog and I have made the gluten-free version of this recipe several times! I noticed that several of your recipes have been replaced/ remade to contain regular flour. As someone who lives a roommate with celiac disease, I really appreciated the old gluten-free recipes. Is there any way you could make them available again? I would be willing to pay for them as your blog has been such a blessing to me! Thank you for all the free recipes you have posted over the years <3
