Made this tonight and was very pleased with the results! I couldn’t find jackfruit near me so I used morning star grilled chick’n. My meat and dairy eating husband said he wouldn’t have known it wasn’t the real thing if I hadn’t told him! Absolutely will make again.

Just made this for my vegan household & INSTANTLY ADDICTED!!! I used canned artichoke hearts and organic soy curls instead of jackfruit, for more protein. Sprinkled organic ground flaxseeds on top before baking for 30 mins. Thank you SO MUCH for this delicious yummy vegan recipe !!!!
