Thank you, Caitlin, this is – BY FAR – the best tofu I’ve ever had!! Crispy and truly delicious!! I prepared the tofu as the recipe suggests, though I did add onion and garlic powders, as well as paprika. I cooked it in my oven air-fryer on 400, for 25 mins. Perfection! Served over a bed of brown rice, as well as sautéed mushrooms, bean sprouts, and red cabbage… this is a husband-approved keeper! I drizzled it with a mild teriyaki sauce, and topped with green onion. So good! Thank you :). I only wish I could attach a pic, for you to see.
