I love, love, love the mayonnaise and your sandwich recipe is fabulous. Thought I couldn’t ever eat even one chickpea, but now, thanks to you, I’m going to experiment more. However bread with JUST your mayo is still a treat. Wowsa wonderful.

Made this last night and it was super yummy! I didn’t have enough vegan mayo so added some plain coconut yogurt and added a little extra mustard. Served it with home made wholemeal bread tomatoes and lettuce. Definitely a keeper!

Hello! I can’t have chickpeas but this recipe looks great. Do you think I could substitute with something like broad beans or Lupini ?

Excellent recipe! I was trying to short cut it and tried using the Sir Kensington mayo like someone suggested. Don’t do it unless you have to! Stick with Caitlin’s homemade mayo recipe which is what I’m going to do next time.
