I hate freezing the individual ingredients in mini Ziploc bags because they get stuck together. However, blending them beforehand and then freezing them into cubes probably yields a much better tasting product. My fave smoothie combination: acai, blueberries, almond milk, cinnamon, vanilla extract, protein powder, spinach, and some cacao powder! It’s SENSATIONAL!
