I’ve made it probably a dozen times and it’s absolutely fantastic every time. I even made it for my meat-eating in-laws, where I made half with chicken and half with this tofu recipe, and they actually preferred the tofu! We always use fresh squeezed oranges and it really amps up the flavor. This recipe is a keeper forever. It truly is better than takeout by a mile!
